No one answered despite calling multiple times and waiting 45 minutes each time. On 09/11/2024 at 2:55 PM, they finally told me over the phone that it was the last day to return the item, giving me only 2 hours to act. The product quality is poor, the company service is disappointing, with an average response time of 15 days, and their phone line is practically useless.
