Karcher Sprinkler Order Cancellation Delayed—Poor Customer Service and Return Issues
I ordered a sprinkler from karcher.com on 08/14/2024 and immediately emailed requesting to cancel the order the same day. However, I didn't receive a response until 18 days later on 09/03/2024, stating the return process. Meanwhile, the package arrived, and I had already opened it. The website mentions that opened packages cannot be returned. On 09/05/2024, I emailed asking, "I opened the package; does this mean I can't return it?" but received no response. No one answered despite calling multiple times and waiting 45 minutes each time. On 09/11/2024 at 2:55 PM, they finally told me over the phone that it was the last day to return the item, giving me only 2 hours to act. The product quality is poor, the company service is disappointing, with an average response time of 15 days, and their phone line is practically useless.
