Problems with SC4 Steam Cleaner Delivery from Karcher
I bought a Karcher SC4 Steam Cleaner from the Karcher Turkey store on the N11 app on November 3, 2023. The most recent planned shipping date was on July 11, 2023. I didn't receive any notification. I saw on the N11 app that my order is gonna be late. I asked the store when they would ship the item, and they told me to contact N11 customer service. I contacted N11 customer service, and they passed my question on to the resolution team. They said I should expect a response within 2 days. But, as of today, November 19, 2023, I haven't gotten any feedback yet.
When I chatted with the Karcher Turkey online store, they said they didn't have exact information about what they had in stock. But they told me they would send the product as soon as it was available. If it doesn't come, I can cancel the order. The N11 store is apparently working on the problem. I've reached out to both the Karcher store and the N11 store multiple times, but they haven't contacted me at all. When I call, customer service tells me that they will let the resolution team know about the problem. I bought something, but now they're asking me to cancel the order because the price went up. So, it looks like the Karcher and N11 stores are working together, but they're not giving a straight answer.
Progress
The N11 store has canceled my order for the SC4 model steam cleaner purchased from Karcher Turkey without providing any reason, making any effort, explaining the reason for cancellation, or contacting me. They canceled the product I bought on 03.11.2023 a month later on 03.12.2023. I have never seen such irresponsible and poor-quality shopping from any online shopping company. Is Karcher Turkey such a low-quality company? Is N11 such a low-quality company? Are your managers asleep? Human rights? Consumer rights? You used my money for a month. After a month, you are refunding my money in this environment. I do not forgive my rights. N11 Karcher Turkey managers!
