Karcher's Defective Window Washer Causes Interminable Delays


I bought a Karcher brand window cleaning machine, but it stopped working after only one or two uses due to a charging problem. In June, I contacted customer service and sent the product in for repair. It wasn't until I called them in August that they started the process. I had to wait again, and when I called again, they said the product couldn't be repaired. They promised to send me a replacement in 2-2.5 months. When the replacement arrived, however, it was damaged and defective. I've been stuck in a never-ending cycle with their customer service for over 1.5 months. I've called and emailed several times with no response. They've abandoned me with a faulty product worth 2500 tl. I keep track of all of my messages and emails. I'm filing a complaint and requesting a replacement for the defective product they sent.
Mr. Mustafa from Karcher technical service personally handled my complaint and resolved my issue. I am very grateful to him.
