I bought a Karcher wv 2 Glass Cleaning Machine via Pazarama. The product did not come with a charger. After contacting Karcher Turkey many times (for about 1 month), they could not send a charger and asked me to send the product back. I sent the product back, they were going to send a new one. They even said I will send the cargo and you send it, without waiting for the return. The problem has not been solved for about 50 days. They did not complete the deficiency of the product I paid for, they did not send a new one either. The product I paid for is currently not returned or sent a new one at Karcher Turkey. Also, their call centers are so bad that the waiting line is 30-40. They make you wait for long minutes. Such a corporate and world-famous brand should not be represented in this way! I do not recommend it to anyone.
