Karcher's Defective Window Washer Causes Interminable Delays


After my bad experience with Karcher's customer service, I'm confused and upset. No one answers the phone when I call, no matter how hard I try. I have also sent emails to their info address and filled out forms on their website, but I haven't heard back from them at all. My complaint has to do with the fact that their service fixed my window-cleaning machine after it broke down. But the same problem came up again, and now I can't even reach the service team.
