Karcher's Unreachable Customer Service and Equipment Failures

After my bad experience with Karcher's customer service, I'm confused and upset. No one answers the phone when I call, no matter how hard I try. I have also sent emails to their info address and filled out forms on their website, but I haven't heard back from them at all. My complaint has to do with the fact that their service fixed my window-cleaning machine after it broke down. But the same problem came up again, and now I can't even reach the service team. This lack of support and response is very disheartening, especially after a repair. I'm telling you this to warn you and let you know about my scary experience with Karcher's customer service.

I managed to reach customer service the day after this post. They gave me a number and told me that the shipping company would pick up the product. It's been a week, and there's no one coming or going, we're waiting. In the meantime, I'm calling customer service, but no one is answering the phone.
