Last year, I purchased a Karcher V7 vacuum directly from Karcher’s official website, paying around ₺12,000–₺14,000. From the moment it arrived, I have been dissatisfied with its performance. The suction power is extremely weak—barely stronger than a small handheld vacuum—and it only manages to collect dust while constantly showing a red warning light. I bought it expecting an upgrade over my old vacuum, but it turned out to be practically unusable and far below expectations. The product is still under warranty, and I wanted to request a refund or replacement, but I have been unable to reach Karcher’s customer service through phone or email, meaning I could not even file an official return request. I cannot currently locate my order number, but I can provide it if necessary. I urgently expect Karcher to resolve this issue by offering a refund, replacement, or repair, and I request immediate action to address my grievance.
