Karcher Delayed My Order Cancellation and Refused Return for Opened Sprinkler
On 14.08.24, I used karcher.com to buy a sprinkler, but I emailed the company the very same day to ask them to cancel the sale. Finally, I received a response on the return process on 03.09.24, after an 18-day delay. I had already opened the item when I realized that opened parcels could not be returned; the package had already arrived by that point. I re-emailed on 05.09.24 to inquire about possibly returning the opened parcel, but I have yet to hear back. No one ever answered the phone despite my several attempts, each of which involved a 45-minute hold. I had just two hours to take action after receiving the phone notification that returns were due on September 11th, 24. Not only did the goods fall short of my expectations, but the lack of prompt communication and assistance has been quite disheartening. Going forward, I'm going to think twice before buying from this business.
