Karcher SC 4 Complaint: Price Drop Scam, No Delivery

I bought the Karcher Steam Cleaner SC 4 from the Karcher Turkey seller on Hepsiburada. The seller drops the price during November sales, but then doesn't deliver the product. I notice that a lot of people are complaining about the same thing in multiple places. I bought the product for 7,759.20 Turkish Lira, even though it originally cost 9,900 Turkish Lira. Now it has gone up to 12,000 Turkish Lira. I can't get in touch with Karcher's representatives in Turkey!
