Kärcher Leaves Me Without the Steam Straightener Gift for My SC 5 Deluxe
On 30.11.2025, I purchased a Kärcher SC 5 Deluxe Signature Line steam cleaner with a promotional steam straightener gift from the official Kärcher Turkey website, with order number 86572251, paying a total of ₺21,599.10. My order was delivered by cargo on 04.12.2025 to my address; however, the steam straightener worth ₺2,099, which was clearly shown as a “gift” on the website at the time of purchase, was not included in the delivery. When I called customer service about the missing product, I was told that the campaign started in December, that my order did not include such a gift, and that I could return the products if I wished. However, I specifically chose the Deluxe Signature model because I saw this gift promotion, and this explanation is both illogical and misleading, making me feel as if I have been outright deceived. In addition, seeing in customer comments that many others have been victimized in the same way has completely shaken my trust in the brand. When I received no solution from customer service, I also requested via e-mail that the missing gift be sent to me, but I have not received any response so far. I request that the steam straightener worth ₺2,099, which I saw on the campaign page and relied on when choosing this product, be sent to me immediately. If the gift product is not delivered, I would like to state that I will pursue all my legal rights and initiate the necessary official complaints and legal proceedings. I expect my disappointment in this process to be remedied and my grievance resolved urgently.
