Just got my hands on the Kaercher Robot Vacuum Cleaner from Media Markt and I'm already obsessed! This little machine is the ultimate cleaning solution for anyone looking for convenience and efficiency yet I was quite disappointed when the product failed within just one month of purchase, almost without even being used. I reached out to customer support and they advised me to send it over to their Istanbul service center for some quick repairs. Who would have thought that my struggles were only the start of my journey? The lines were constantly busy, but I finally got through to a representative. They totally lacked interest and responsibility, and promised to keep me updated on the progress, but unfortunately, I didn't hear anything at all, I was really hoping for a timely and professional approach to resolving the issue but no that's not gonna happen. Definitely not up to the service standards we expect from a reputable company.
