Karcher Sent Back My Defective Floor Cleaner After 2 Months Without Fixing It

I bought a Karcher floor cleaner, but it broke down after only one month of use. I thought the service center would fix it quickly when I sent it there, but I had to wait almost two months. The machine still had the same problem when it was finally sent back. Everything about this experience has been so disappointing, and I wish I hadn't chosen this name. I was hoping for at least a solid product and service, but both have let me down. I need Karcher Turkey Service to take responsibility for this problem right away and offer a good answer.
