Karcher Rcv 5 Robot Vacuum Motor Noise Complaint

I bought a Karcher Rcv 5 robotic vacuum. Yes, it was amazing at first, but by the third day, the motor system began producing noise. It took an hour to contact customer assistance, and then they disconnected the call. I called three more times after learning about the problem, waiting patiently for a total of three hours, but each time I was disconnected. I don't typically buy items without first checking Xolvie, but this time I made an exception. Friends, Karcher is an indifferent and untrustworthy company. I'm thinking of taking this to the Consumer Court and emailing the corporation in Germany. I will fix this robot, but I will share my experience with everyone around me, at work, and on social media.
