Unresponsive Karcher Customer Service Complaint

We bought the Karcher RCV3 robot vacuum cleaner from their own website. They later delivered a glass cleaning machine as a present (it took one month). However, the machine does not function at all, with no indication of getting electricity. They contacted customer service and demanded a return for a refund. It's been a month since I returned it, and there has been no return or shipping update. We've battled to reach customer service, waiting for hours only to have the call suddenly disconnected when we eventually connect. The robot vacuum does not meet our performance expectations, the damaged present remains unresolved, and communication with customer service is nonexistent. We are concerned about future support if problems develop with the robot vacuum cleaner.

Today, a package belonging to someone else was delivered to us from the Karcher company. The wrong product was sent. Someone else's used vacuum cleaner arrived. We've been waiting for a package for over a month, and the wrong package arrives. They have inconvenienced both the owner of the vacuum cleaner and us. We waited in line with 30 people to report that the package was wrong, and again the phone was hung up on us. The Karcher fiasco continues at full speed. We will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue all legal avenues.
