I just bought the Karcher Puzzi 10/1 Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Machine. The order number is 194292151. When I placed my order, the price was 23,000 ₺, and there was a promotion for payments made in February. The price for the same product is now 27,000 ₺, and the February payment promotion is no longer valid. The seller sent out the product, but the shipping company couldn't deliver it because it was too big. I reached out to the shipping company and asked if I could pick up the product myself from one of their locations. They told me that this option wasn't available and that they had already started the refund process.
Even though I asked for the product to be returned, it was still sent back without my permission. So, I'm going to look into my rights as a consumer. I didn't get any advantage from the product's price increase or the chance to pay in February because I didn't receive the product. I can't accept that my rights are being lost in this situation.
