Unauthorized Charge Was Made and the Order Was Still Delivered by Karaca
On April 11, 2025, at 12:48 a.m., an unauthorized transaction in the amount of ₺1,498.99 was made at a store named Karaca using my Türkiye Finans Bank card ending in 4390. This was a non-password transaction carried out without my knowledge or consent. I contacted Karaca’s customer service and informed them that my card details had been stolen and used to place an order through their company, and I requested the cancellation of the sale. However, despite my warning, Karaca delivered the product on April 16, 2025, to the person who placed the order using the stolen card information. The company ignored my notice and has caused me harm. I also contacted the bank to cancel the non-password transaction, but Türkiye Finans Bank has been unresponsive and indifferent. I am filing a complaint against both Türkiye Finans Bank and Karaca, and I request that my grievance be resolved. Thank you.
