On January 17, 2025, someone gained unauthorized access to my Pazarama account and placed orders for gold worth ₺21,969.95 without my consent. Within 15 minutes of noticing, I contacted Pazarama customer service to cancel the orders. Shockingly, they told me cancellations weren’t possible. I then asked to at least change the shipping address to ensure the gold would come to me. They claimed the issue was forwarded to the technical team, but no meaningful help was provided.
I even contacted the jewelers fulfilling the orders, but they refused to halt shipments, saying they’d face penalties from Pazarama. Despite my repeated pleas, Pazarama allowed the fraud to proceed without any intervention. Their inaction has left me vulnerable, and I demand immediate resolution and accountability!
