Zara Charged ₺4819 to My Card Without My Permission on July 29
On July 29, 2025, at 00:35, Zara processed a ₺4819 transaction on my İş Bankası credit card without my knowledge or consent. I did not place any order, authorize any payment, or interact with Zara at that time. This unauthorized charge has caused me serious distress.
Upon noticing the charge, I immediately contacted my bank, which canceled my card to prevent further fraudulent activity. However, I am shocked that a global brand like Zara could allow such a transaction without proper verification or security checks.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction and a full refund of ₺4819. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to legal authorities. I expect Zara to take this matter seriously and issue a refund without delay. Consumers should not have to fight for their basic rights or chase down refunds for transactions they never approved.
