I Want a Replacement for My Faulty Filter Coffee Machine

I purchased a filter coffee machine on December 3, 2023, through Trendyol. After regular use, the product became faulty and I sent it to the authorized service under warranty. The official technical report stated that the product qualifies for either a refund or a replacement. Based on this, I contacted Trendyol customer support. However, they only offered a refund as a solution. Since I purchased this product from the same seller at a significantly lower price last year, I requested a replacement rather than a refund — I do not want to repurchase the same item at a higher price today. Due to Trendyol’s unwillingness to provide a fair solution, I have officially filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. I am currently awaiting the outcome of this process. I am disappointed by Trendyol’s lack of customer-centricity and their one-sided approach to resolving after-sales issues. As a leading e-commerce platform, they are expected to stand behind the products they sell and to support their customers more effectively.
