Karaca Refused to Repair or Replace My Robotea Pro Connect Tea Maker Under Warranty
The Robotea Pro Connect 4 in 1 Talking Glass Tea Maker I bought through Karaca’s app broke down before the warranty ended, so I sent it in for repair under warranty. The response I received was that the product could not be repaired, and they couldn’t replace it with a new one but offered a refund instead. I explained that I was happy with the product and wanted to keep using it, but I didn’t want to pay extra due to a defect that wasn’t my fault. The Karaca representative suggested covering the price difference with a coupon, to which I agreed. However, the promised coupon was never applied to my account. When I followed up, a request was made, and I received the following email in response:
“Dear F*** G***, thank you for choosing our brand. We regret to inform you that due to the unavailability of the item with code 000001000002378001 in stock, we are unable to assist with your request. Should the product become available again, please contact us, and we will be happy to help. Thank you for your understanding.”
When I checked the stock myself, I saw that the product was indeed available. It would have been better if Karaca had come up with a more creative excuse, or at least one I wouldn’t immediately realize was false. At the very least, I would have believed you took my request seriously. Instead, it became clear how little you actually cared. This marks the end of my relationship with Karaca. I’m sharing this experience so others know what kind of issues they may face and how they may go unresolved. The service you’re getting might not really be service at all.
After complaining here, dear Karaca supposedly assigned me a coupon. And the coupon is worthless, it is not valid for any product, and it is not valid for the tea maker that was the subject of the complaint either...
