KitchenAid Dough Machine Emitted Smoke and Stopped Working
I recently purchased a KitchenAid dough machine from the Karaca store. It's only been a few months since I bought it, and I've used it a handful of times. However, today, after just 20 minutes of usage, it started emitting heat, smoke, and a burnt smell. Eventually, the machine stopped working altogether. Trusting in the quality of the KitchenAid brand, I invested in one of the most expensive dough machines on the market. Prior to this, I used Emsan, and I never encountered such an issue.
I contacted KitchenAid customer service to report the problem, and to my surprise, they claimed it was user error and not covered by the warranty, even though the warranty period hasn't expired. Instead of opting for a dough machine in the 3-5 thousand ₺ range, I went for a 30 thousand ₺ machine. I refuse to accept such a mistake and will fight for my rights. This situation is unacceptable for the KitchenAid brand, and I request a resolution for my inconvenience.

This is Karaca’s approach—victimizing the customer.
