Karaca, it seems like you're not upholding your 10-year warranty promise... It appears that you do not provide any alternatives or comparable products, which gives the impression of making light of the situation. When I asked to return the defective device, you gave a ridiculous response, saying it's been "destroyed." I'm going to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will never buy anything from Karaca again, not even a single item.
