Karaca Refused to Cover My One-Week-Old Juicer's Damage Under Warranty

On December 16th, I excitedly purchased a juicer from Karaca for my child. However, just one week after purchasing the product, the internal part of the device broke during normal usage. Following this, I took the product to the authorized service for warranty evaluation. The authorized service claimed that the breakage of the internal part was due to user error and stated that it would not be covered under warranty. However, I learned that, technically, it is impossible for the internal part of the product to break under normal circumstances. Despite this, I was asked to pay for spare parts and repair fees, which not only disappointed me but also left me feeling completely unfairly treated. It is unacceptable for a product that is only one week old to break during normal usage, and for me to be denied warranty coverage. I would like to emphasize that this situation has deeply shaken my trust in the Karaca brand. I request that the issue I have experienced be resolved and that the product be repaired under warranty. Additionally, I kindly ask that the quality of the products and the warranty services be reviewed to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
