Alcatel Tablet Repair Delayed Beyond Legal Timeframe with Poor Customer Service

I am very frustrated with Alcatel over the unresolved repair of my tablet. It has been well past the legal timeframe, yet there’s still no solution. Each time I reach out, I am told they’re “waiting on a part,” but no one ever follows up to keep me informed. Not only am I left without a functioning device, but I also receive rude responses from customer service representatives, who even scolded me during my last call. I have now filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee due to this unprofessional treatment and ongoing lack of resolution. I expect Alcatel to address this matter urgently and provide the proper support for their customers.
