Karaca Did Not Offer a Fair Replacement for My Defective Robotea

The effort you have shown for being attentive and for customer satisfaction is commendable.

A year ago, I purchased the Karaca Çaysever Robotea product from Karaca. After it was serviced three times, I requested a refund or an exchange. My request was accepted, but if I chose a refund, it would be processed based on the original purchase invoice. For an exchange, the product was not available in stock, and instead, they offered me four alternative products. However, all of them were simple and ordinary tea makers, far below the quality of my original product. I have already been struggling with a defective product for a year, and now they are offering me alternatives that are 2-3 models lower than my original product while not offering a higher model. There isn't even a significant price difference between the models. Considering the alternatives they provided, if the original product is not available in stock, they should at least offer a solution to prevent customer dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the brand I trusted, Karaca, has left me disappointed and frustrated for a whole year.
