Karaca Kitchen Mixer Exchange Problem

Good evening. At the end of February, I purchased a kitchen mixer from Karaca. When I plugged it in, I discovered there was an electrical leakage. I contacted them, and they instructed me to send the product back to the factory for inspection. I agreed and sent it back. However, since then, I haven't received my product back. I'm constantly in touch with them, always initiating the contact. I ask about the status of my product, and they keep saying they're checking, they're doing this and that. Recently, they called me and said they couldn't do anything with the product and offered to exchange it. I agreed, but then they said they only had gray in stock, not the black one I originally ordered. I checked online, and other stores have it in stock. I informed them, but they insisted that their stock was different. I accepted it and said, "Okay, then send me the black one when you have it." Now they call me again, saying they only have gray in stock. I don't want a gray one; I want a black one. They insist that if I want the product, I have to accept the gray one. I don't want it. What am I supposed to do? Karaca has been a disappointment. They've let me down. I'm stuck in the middle, not knowing what to do. I'll take legal action if necessary. Firstly, I wanted to share this with Xolvie to inform them. Then, I'll do whatever it takes, even if it means legal action. Karaca is causing inconvenience to people. They sell their products but don't stand behind them, and they're causing inconvenience to customers. It's been a month since I bought that product, and I've only used it once. They still have my product and are trying to give me something else. I don't want it. I didn't ask for white after purchasing black. I want black. Give me back my product. It's that simple. My expectation from Karaca right now is to send me the same brand, model, and color of the product I bought from them without any further delay. They shouldn't prolong the process. I know they have it in stock. They shouldn't inconvenience the customer. Send me my product. Take the money and send me my product.
