My Karaca Product Not Delivered After Seven Months
Karaca has not sent the product I paid for seven months ago. After all this time, they sent an email saying they couldn't procure it. Has anyone ever heard of such a situation? Now they're offering me a different product at the value from seven months ago. Is the price of that product still the same as it was back then? How can they say it's unavailable when the same product is sold on Hepsiburada.com? They should buy it from there and send it to me. This is unacceptable.
I urgently want to speak with the owner of Karaca because the store managers and staff are unable to resolve this issue. This is truly unbelievable.
