They promised to give us a refund but abruptly hung up the phone. Finally, after more than a year of persistent efforts, the refund was processed the following day. Naturally, following the refund, I disposed of the defective product in the garbage. They reached out on Thursday, assuring that the refund would be processed. The refund was processed on Friday. On Monday, I got a message notifying me that they would be coming to collect the product. If customer service had conveyed this information differently, rather than stating that they were refunding the money, it could have prevented me from discarding the product. Now, they insist on sending someone to collect a product that I no longer possess, which only adds to the frustration. Their actions not only caused distress but also exhibited a complete lack of manners. In addition, they gave a refund that was lower than the market value.
