I’m very disappointed with the staff at Karaca in StarCity. I had also bought a gift from Karaca in Zorlu before, and it was properly and neatly wrapped. Since I was working today, my father kindly asked if they could rewrap the items nicely, but they sent them back saying, “Wrap it yourself!” He ended up buying gift wrap from somewhere else.
