Sürat Kargo Returned My Package Instead Of Delivering
I ordered a product online, and despite Sürat Kargo accepting the delivery address, my package was sent back to the seller. When I tried to contact them, they claimed they couldn't reach me. I reordered, only to be told once again that delivery couldn't be made to the address. Customer service was unhelpful and provided canned responses. Unfortunately, Sürat Kargo is incredibly incompetent. I strongly advise against any collaboration with them, both for customers and website owners. I urgently need a solution before my package is returned to the seller. Our gift to friends and family turned into a complete embarrassment.
They keep calling now and then, expecting a high rating for evaluation. And still, they insist on me coming to pick it up myself. You are obliged to deliver my package; I am not obliged to come and get it. If you don't have a delivery service there, don't accept the shipment from the system. What does it mean to tell someone to come and pick up their package from the village to the town center? Unfortunately, my complaint has not been resolved.
