My Kappa Jacket's Snap Broke After Second Wear—No Response to My Complaint


I purchased a Kappa jacket on January 22, 2024, and incredibly, on only the second time I wore it, the metal snap button on the chest completely broke off! Despite multiple attempts to contact Kappa via phone, I've been unable to reach anyone. I even filled out their online complaint form hoping for some support, but have received no response whatsoever. It's extremely frustrating that a reputable brand like Kappa ignores clear product quality issues and provides zero customer support. How can a jacket purchased for ₺ break so easily, and why does Kappa refuse to take responsibility?
