Kappa Refuses to Refund My Jacket Purchase—Forced into Unwanted Exchange

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with Kappa. My spouse recently bought me a jacket from Kappa, but when I went to return it because it didn't suit my preferences, the store outright refused to issue a refund! They told me I could only exchange it for another item, despite the fact that there's absolutely nothing else I currently like or want from their store. When I clearly explained this, the staff simply shrugged, saying there's nothing they can do. This is absurd and totally unacceptable! How can Kappa hold my money hostage, forcing me into a pointless exchange?
