Kappa 222 Banda T-Shirt Shrunk After One Wash—No Customer Support Response

On December 22, 2023, I ordered a Kappa 222 Banda EFT0 Men’s Regular Fit T-Shirt (M size) from the brand’s official website. After wearing it once, I washed it strictly according to the care instructions, yet the fabric shrunk drastically, turning my M-size shirt into what now feels like an S-size! It no longer fits, making it completely unwearable.

I tried reaching Kappa customer service by phone—no response. I emailed them—no reply. It’s extremely frustrating to see a well-known brand ignore quality issues and its customers. I’m now hesitant to ever buy from Kappa again. I demand a solution, whether it’s a replacement or a refund! Buyers, beware of this issue!
