My Kappa Shoes from Deichmann Fell Apart in 3 Months

12

I bought Kappa shoes from Deichmann on October 5, 2024, and shockingly, they completely fell apart within just three months! These shoes were barely used, yet they're already unusable, literally falling apart at the seams. I've already contacted Deichmann twice, clearly requesting they address this issue, but they offered zero help. Despite sending the shoes back for a second inspection, Deichmann has still refused to acknowledge the obvious manufacturing defect. How can shoes from a known brand like Kappa deteriorate so quickly? It's outrageous that Deichmann ignores their responsibility to customers by repeatedly dismissing my rightful refund request.
