I Cannot Generate a Return Code for My Kappa Order

On March 19, I purchased sweatpants, t-shirts, and a jacket from the Kappa website using the account connected to my d*********@hotmail.com email address. However, ever since that day, when I log into my account, I cannot see any of my orders, and I am also unable to generate a return code for the products.
For days, I have been trying to contact the company by phone, but nobody answers the calls. The fact that my orders do not appear in my account and that I cannot obtain a return code, combined with the complete lack of customer support, has caused serious frustration and made me question the reliability of the company.
I request that Kappa Clothing immediately restore visibility of my order within the system and provide valid return codes for the products as soon as possible. I also expect to receive a clear written explanation regarding the issue and the steps being taken to resolve my complaint.
