Kappa Logo Prints Peeled Off After Only Two Washes

On 02/12/2026, I purchased two products from Kappa’s official website under order number K118885490: the Rana Men’s Black Comfort Hoodie and the Salbadell Men’s Gray Comfort Sweatpants. The total amount paid for these products was approximately $54.
Today is March 29, and even though only 47 days have passed since the purchase, the brand prints on both products have already started peeling off. I washed the items only twice, fully following the washing instructions on the labels, and I never used a dryer specifically to avoid damaging the fabric or prints. Despite taking proper care of the products, the logos still deteriorated in an extremely short time.
If a brand cannot even ensure the durability of its own logo and print quality, it clearly raises serious concerns about the overall product quality. Despite my doubts, I decided to try Kappa for the first time, but unfortunately this experience left me very disappointed and regretful.
I do not believe this issue was caused by user error. In my opinion, this should be evaluated as a defective product and a quality issue. Therefore, I request either a full refund or a replacement for both products, depending on my preference. If this issue is not resolved in a satisfactory manner, I will not choose this brand again in the future.
