Justdone Tried Charging My Card Without Consent

Even though I do not have any membership with the Justdone website and have never used their services, an attempt was made to withdraw $41 from my credit card. This occurred on September 25, 2025, and the transaction was completely unauthorized.
I tried to contact Justdone customer support about the issue, but I have not received any response. I do not have any membership, order number, or customer ID. The transaction was attempted through my QNB credit card.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved urgently. If any membership was created without my knowledge, I want it canceled and my account permanently deleted. I also want the transaction reversed and a clear explanation provided.
