YouTube Premium Charged Me ₺1,599 Twice via Helppay Without My Consent

On July 11, 2025, a total of ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my QNB credit card (last four digits 7471) in two separate charges of ₺799.99 each by Helppay, supposedly for YouTube Premium. The problem is—I never signed up for YouTube Premium, nor did I authorize any payment or give permission for this charge. I am not a member or subscriber, and I have never registered for any premium service.

This money was taken from my account without any notification, approval, or even acknowledgment. I only noticed it after checking my card activity. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this unauthorized withdrawal.

I demand an immediate refund of the full ₺1,599 that was wrongly charged to my account. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly. Please respond and return my money as soon as possible.
