Stop Future Billing — Cancel the Subscription Properly

JustAnswer operates on an automatic monthly membership once you sign up — and charges will keep happening unless you cancel.

How to cancel:

1. Log into your JustAnswer account.
2. Go to My Account → Membership.
3. Click Cancel Membership and confirm.

You can also cancel:

• Through the JustAnswer app (iOS/Android) under Account → Manage Membership → Cancel.
• Via customer support (chat/call/email) if online cancellation doesn’t work.

After cancellation, future monthly charges should stop — but you must check you get a confirmation of cancellation and that it shows canceled in your account settings.
