BetterMe Charged My Chase Visa Without My Authorization

I recently discovered a series of unauthorized charges from BetterMe on my Chase Visa credit card and I am requesting that these be investigated, fully refunded, and that any related subscriptions be cancelled immediately. I do not recall ever signing up for a paid service, entering my credit card details, or authorizing these payments. The charges I have identified so far are as follows: BetterMe charges of 69.99 on 20 March, again in April (for 69.99), and on 29 May for 69.99. All of these payments appeared on my Chase Visa statement without my clear consent or understanding of what service I was supposedly paying for. This is my first attempt to resolve the issue; I have not yet been able to clarify these payments with the companies. I am requesting that BetterMe provide a full refund of all the above unauthorized charges, immediately stop any ongoing billing or subscription linked to my card, and confirm in writing that no further charges will be made.
