Unjustified JustAnswer Charge On My Credit Card

I used JustAnswer only once as a single consultation and did not knowingly sign up for any membership or recurring service. Despite this, I noticed that a payment was charged to my credit card ending in 3935 today, on April 13, 2026, which I did not authorize as part of any ongoing membership. Since I did not consent to a subscription and have not used any additional services corresponding to this charge, I consider this payment unjustified. I kindly request that the full amount charged today be refunded to my card and that you confirm that there is no active membership or recurring billing in my name or card. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and ask for written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
