If you don't want your JustAnswer membership to renew itself, log in to your account, go to Account → Membership (or membership), and click Cancel Membership to stop being charged again.
After canceling, call JustAnswer's Customer Care (available 24/7) and ask for a refund. They say in their return FAQ that you should do this if you're not happy.
Also, if you were charged through an app store (iOS or Android), you'll need to cancel through that store and maybe ask for a refund through the app shop's customer service.
If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
