While purchasing a ticket through eDreams, I was unknowingly enrolled in their Prime membership, and for the past two months, my Visa card has been charged around $10 per month. These charges are completely separate from my ticket purchase and are solely for the Prime subscription, which I never knowingly signed up for. To prevent a third charge, I had to lower my card limit, but the system keeps attempting to process the payment.
At no point did I receive any clear notification or consent request about being subscribed to Prime. There is also no straightforward way to cancel the membership through their platform. Adding to the frustration, eDreams customer service is unreachable—they do not provide a direct email address, and I have received no support at all.
I am requesting the immediate cancellation of my Prime membership and a full refund for all charges taken without my consent. I also urge eDreams to be more transparent about Prime enrollment to ensure other customers are not subjected to the same misleading practice.
