Through my Delta Yatırım investment account, I made a transaction using the link https://sube.jpmuygulama.com/dashboard/accou***, involving a total amount of ₺110,000. However, the funds have not been deposited into my account for 4 days. This issue is not an isolated case—it has been happening frequently and repeatedly.

So far, I have not contacted customer service. I perform all my transactions through the Delta Yatırım platform, and I have not signed any official contract or guarantee agreement regarding these transactions.

I request that my ₺110,000 be transferred to my account immediately and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
