J.P. Morgan Chase Impersonation on Telegram Caused Financial Loss

Today, I communicated with someone via Telegram who claimed to be a representative of J.P. Morgan Chase to open an investment account. They told me that a money transfer would be made to my account, but the transfer never happened. When I informed the representative about this, they blocked me immediately.

During this process, I transferred a total of ₺15,000, and my transaction reference number is 12082680. I have never experienced a situation like this before, and I am now facing both a financial loss and a serious concern that my personal information may be misused.

I request that J.P. Morgan Chase immediately refund the ₺15,000 I sent and take action to prevent any accounts, loans, or companies from being opened or created under my name.
