Mexem Invest Withdrawal Problem
On September 16, 2025, I deposited a total of ₺972,529.00 into my Mexem Invest investment account. Despite having a current balance of ₺1,496,526.00 in my account, I was repeatedly asked to deposit additional money for various reasons, such as swap fees, income tax, double taxation, and leveraged transaction costs. Believing I would eventually receive my funds, I made these payments, but as a result, I fell into financial hardship and went bankrupt. Mexem Invest then suggested transferring my joint account to an insurance company and sent me a link via WhatsApp. However, the link turned out to be fake — a fraudulent website using the logo of a real insurance company. The analyst who contacted me during this process claimed to be calling from the UK, and his account number is 12601***. I request the cancellation of my deposit. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue legal action.
