J.P. Morgan Chase App Delayed My Withdrawal Without Explanation
About a week ago, I submitted a ₺5,000 withdrawal request through the J.P. Morgan Chase investment app, but I haven’t received any response, and the money still hasn’t been transferred to my account. I wasn’t provided with a reference or transaction number for the request.
During this time, I have tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received any reply or assistance. My account doesn’t have any restrictions, nor is there a violation of any terms or agreements.
I request that the withdrawal be processed immediately and that my loss and inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible.
