I Face Stalled Withdrawals and Communication Cutoff From Mexem Invest

I invested in forex and crypto trading through a company called Mexem Invest. I transferred a total of ₺17,000 to my trading account via bank transfer (Account No: 12391030). At first, everything seemed fine, and I didn’t experience any issues with my trades. However, on August 18, 2025, when I tried to withdraw my funds, the company representatives began stalling with various excuses. They kept saying things like “You must withdraw all at once,” “Partial withdrawals aren’t allowed,” or “We can’t process it right now.” My withdrawal requests were repeatedly postponed with no clear explanation.

Afterward, all communication stopped—my calls and WhatsApp messages went unanswered. I’ve never encountered such a situation before, and I never signed any formal agreement or contract with them.

I demand the immediate return of my ₺17,000 investment. If my money is not refunded promptly, I will take legal action and pursue this matter through the proper authorities.
