If Joom cancels your order after you pay, your money will usually be automatically returned to the payment method you used or added to your Joom balance points.
You will get an email, in-app message, or message in the "My Orders" section of the canceled order when the refund is complete.
Your bank will usually send refunds to cards within 7 to 14 business days.
If you don't get the refund by then, get in touch with Joom support by clicking the "I didn't get my refund" button in the order details or by emailing [email protected].
