Joie High Chair (Model H1127BAPOR000) Has No Replacement Tray Available

We are trying to purchase the top tray for the Joie baby high chair, Model: H1127BAPOR000, Serial Number: J1350507, which is currently available for sale. However, we were informed that the replacement part is not in stock.

It is unacceptable that a product still being sold on the market does not have its spare parts available. As a customer, we find this situation frustrating and inconvenient — spare parts should always be accessible for products that remain in active sale.

We kindly request that the missing tray be supplied or restocked as soon as possible and shipped to us.
