My Joie Litetrax Stroller and Car Seat Are Too Small for My Baby

I purchased a Joie Litetrax travel system stroller and car seat from the Ebebek store in Van Mall AVM, about a month before my baby was born. Once my baby arrived and I began using the product, I realized that both the stroller and the car seat are extremely small, and my baby barely fits inside.

At the time of purchase, the store staff did not provide any information regarding product guarantees, exchange, or return policies. I paid around ₺12,000 via debit card, and I still have my receipt and invoice.

I reached out to both the store and Ebebek customer service to explain the issue, but no solution or assistance was offered. It’s very disappointing that a reputable baby store provides no support after such a costly purchase.

I request that my Joie Litetrax stroller and car seat be replaced with a more suitable model and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
